Terms & Conditions
Thank you for booking a portrait photography session with LIVA STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY
(“me/I/my/the photographer”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they apply to your (“you/the client”) booking (“Photography Services/photo shoot session/sitting”).
I am happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have in relation to these T&Cs at any time. However, continuing with your booking means you are agreeing with these terms.
I reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, and I will give reasonable notice to you if this happens.
Any booking or payment made to me (including the session fee) indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions as set out in this document, in its entirety.

COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

The copyright and all other rights in the Photos shall be retained by LIVA STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY . The Photographer asserts the right to be credited as the author of the Photos in accordance with sections 77 and 78 of Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Any unauthorised reproduction or modification of any images will constitute a breach of copyright. This includes making copies or ‘screen shots’ of images shared by the photographer online.
Sometimes the photographer may share previews or “sneak peeks” of your images, or give you access to an online gallery of images. These images must not be copied, screen shot, downloaded, edited or altered in any way.
If you wish to share photographs to your own network (i.e. Facebook, blog or any other online channels) you agree to do so only once you have purchased and paid for them. In addition, you agree to include the photographer’s company name (LIVA STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY) and Facebook page or Website (www.livastudio.co.uk) in your posts.
Clients are not permitted to take their own photographs at any portrait photography session.

HEALTH
​
If you are taken ill by an infectious disease, you must let me know and rearrange your session until you are fully recovered and no longer contagious. This is to protect the health of all my clients, who often include newborns.
Please inform me on booking if you or anyone attending your photography session suffers from any health conditions including allergies, photosensitive epilepsy, medical issues, physical difficulties and disabilities etc.

PRICES & PAYMENTS
​
The price for your photo shoot session will be as agreed at the time of booking. Booking your session by paying your session fee guarantees that you receive my current portrait rates. Sessions rescheduled by the client are subject to the prices current at the time of rescheduling.
Prices on the website or on marketing materials may be out of date, and I reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are in £ .The balance is to be paid in full before any prints, albums or other products are ordered on your behalf. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or cash.
1. Additional photos can be purchased at a rate of £20 per photo.
2. Omitting elements from a package does not reduce the final price.
3. A session date is secured upon the non-refundable deposit of £50 within 48 hours. After this period, the date will be released.
4.The remaining balance is due on the day of the session in cash or via bank transfer.
5. Any graphical requests, e.g., extending hair length, face swapping or pasting other people into the photo , constitute a graphic service, not a photographic one. Graphic services are individually priced and may be declined by the photographer.

PHOTOS DELIVERY
​
1. The final material will be delivered to the client within 21 business days from the selection of shots by client.
2. The photos will be uploaded via an online gallery, and the client will receive an individual PIN to download the pictures.
3. The client can either personally collect the final product or opt for shipping. The shipping option costs £5 via courier.

GENERAL
1. The client is not allowed to manipulate the photo (e.g., changing to black and white, applying filters). The client cannot interfere, instruct, or demand a different workflow from the photographer.
2. The client receives the photos they selected for editing and fully paid for (e.g., the Sunflower package includes 15 photos; the client will receive 15 edited photos).
3. No unedited photos or RAW files will be provided.
4. If the client hasn't arranged makeup at the studio, they should arrive already with hairstyle and make up. Otherwise, the makeup time will be deducted from the session time.
5. Session dates are scheduled individually
6. No photography or recording allowed during the photoshoot session.
7.The preparations for the session are extremely important as they determine the quality of the photographs. The photographer is not responsible for the final quality of the work if it's influenced by negligence on the part of the client.
8. A parent/guardian assumes full responsibility for the child and any resulting damages.
9. If photos are desired with shoes on, please bring a change of footwear.
10. When using the photos on social media platforms, the client agrees to credit the photo author by including an active link to my profiles or mentioning my name and surname in the description.
11. I do not take responsibility for any prints of photographs made in other photographic labs with which I do not collaborate, which might adversely affect the final quality of the photos.
12. In case of lateness, time will be deducted from the session, or in the case of significant lateness, the session may not take place.
Attending the photo session implies acceptance of these regulations.

IMAGE PERMISSION RELEASE
​
Being able to share the photographs I capture is an essential part of running a photography business – after all, seeing my work is usually one of the main reasons clients book me!
